"I would like to note a few specifics to illustrate Colleen's professionalism. I live some distance away from Redwood City, the location of my father's house, so we had to communicate by email much of the time and coordinate our face to face visits at the house. I think preparing and selling our house was particularly difficult because my sister and I were co-trustees; needless to say, this complicated many issues. Nonetheless, all contracts and subsequent meetings were thoroughly and quickly looked into and delivered punctually as if we were her managers and the efficacy of the business depended on us. When sales negotiations began, I was out of town, but Colleen made sure I was included in all of the marathon meetings by phone. Finally, I recall one meeting in which the other realtor was rather aggressive and somewhat presumptuous. Colleen was an impressive debater: firm, knowledgeable, cordial. I was so happy she was on our side.
